The transformation between the older Western Decal website and the new website was very substantial. The older website was broken, and had a few pages that were partially built out. Working closely with the team at Western Decal and analyzing their competitors, we created a new website structure which was clean and easy to consume. We noticed that many competitor’s website designs were very busy and clunky, and were extremely messy on mobile. So, we went the other way. We built the website for mobile – first. We also noticed that the majority of the traffic to Western Decal was mobile (76%). To reduce the sales time for Western Decal, we also create an automated website sales process where a user can purchase (and customize) their decal needs on the website – without having to pick up the phone or email the staff.
