All projects require an upfront payment or deposit before work begins. These payments are non-refundable, as they cover the initial planning, consultation, and resource allocation.
If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed.
If 50% or more of the project has been completed, no refund will be issued.
If less than 50% of the work has been completed, a prorated refund may be issued, minus administrative and processing fees.
If we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full or partial refund will be provided, depending on the stage of the project.
Payments for digital products (such as templates, themes, or plugins) are non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Monthly or annual maintenance plans can be canceled at any time, but refunds are not issued for partial periods or unused time.
We offer revisions as part of our commitment to client satisfaction. Please refer to your specific service agreement for the number of included revisions. Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind or dissatisfaction after agreed revisions have been made.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us to resolve the issue violates this policy. We reserve the right to challenge any chargebacks or disputes with documentation of agreed terms and work completed.
